That address reaches the person who builds and runs the site. There is no support desk and no ticketing system behind it, which means replies are written by a human and can take a few days.

A price here is wrong

This is the most useful message you can send. Automated collection misreads pages, and we would rather hear about it than not. Please include the page on MacPrice you were looking at and the shop's own product URL, so the two can be compared directly.

You are a retailer

To be added: send the product pages you would like tracked. The practical requirement is that prices are published on a public page — if a price only appears after a login, in a PDF, or on request via WhatsApp, there is nothing for us to read. Listing is free and always has been; there is no paid placement, so being added does not affect where you rank.

To be removed: ask, and it will be done. No justification is required and we will not argue about it. The formal route, including how to raise a copyright issue, is on the Copyright and Takedown page.

Something is attributed to you incorrectly: tell us what is wrong. Misrepresenting a shop's price or stock is the worst failure this site can have, and corrections take priority over everything else.

A shop is missing

Suggestions are welcome — send a link. We track Sri Lankan retailers selling new Apple Mac computers. The same public-page requirement applies.

What we cannot help with

MacPrice sells nothing. We cannot take an order, check stock on your behalf, chase a delivery, arrange a refund, or intervene in a dispute with a shop — we are not a party to your purchase and have no standing with the retailer. For anything to do with an order you have placed, contact the shop directly.
