MacPrice shows three kinds of third-party material: prices and product names published by retailers, retailer logos, and Apple product images. Each is used to identify the product or the shop whose price is being compared.

Product images

The Mac renders on this site are Apple's official product images. They are used to identify the product being price-compared, which is standard practice for retail comparison sites, but they are not MacPrice's to license. They remain the property of Apple Inc.

Retailer logos

Each retailer's logo is taken from that retailer's own public site and shown next to their price so you can tell at a glance whose offer you are looking at. This is nominative use — identifying the shop we are linking to. It does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.

Trademarks

MacPrice is an independent price comparison site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac mini and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. Retailer names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Requesting removal

If you own material shown here and would like it removed, we will honour the request. This applies to logo owners, image rights holders, and retailers who would simply rather not be listed — no legal argument is required for a retailer to be delisted.

Please include:

• The exact URL or URLs on macpricelk.top concerned.
• Identification of the material — which logo, image or listing.
• Your relationship to it (rights holder, authorised agent, or the retailer itself).
• A contact address we can reply to.

Send requests through the project maintainer on GitHub. We aim to respond within a few days, and a straightforward delisting is usually actioned on the next hourly update after we agree it.

How we collect prices

Prices are read from retailers' public product pages about once an hour — a low, steady rate with an honest user agent, well below anything that would burden a shop's server. We respect robots.txt and do not access any endpoint a site disallows. If you would prefer we stop reading your site altogether, tell us and we will remove it.
